Help Me
Help me recall who stated the following: "The unexamined life is not worth living."
Similarly, if you don't chew your food as least 15 times, you may not have a life (as long as you wish) to examine. Sit, think, chew every bite 15 times, and count once for each time you chew it. That is, it is my firm belief that chewing every bite of food 15 times will increase your general health, prolong your life, and, frankly, get you more focused to do what you are supposed to do.
Although I do not encourage the eating of yogurt or ice cream, even if it is something as mushy as that, chew it 15 times. The mere act of focusing on what you're doing helps you to do more of what you should be doing, and allows you to do more of what you should be doing longer.
Quite simply, if you put food in your mouth, "Chew and Count."
P.S. Don't buy what you shouldn't eat.
